In all of our activities, we work with partners in order to maximize our leverage in generating and sharing knowledge. As our belief is that companies’ strategies are only as good as the people implementing them, we always work together with our clients in teams that drive the issues. In our research, likewise, we consider partnership with academic and industrial knowledge centers to be the key to creating relevant knowledge. This enables us to work from a small core team, joining with partners in efficient and flexible task teams.

Benjamin Ståhl

Benjamin has a background in research, executive education and management consulting. He is Blue Institute’s Director for foresight projects. Benjamin frequently leads client engagement projects, particularly in the areas of strategy, market analysis, organizational transformation and leadership development. Benjamin holds a Ph.D. in Economics and an M.A. in International Relations, and is an Associate Professor in Industrial Marketing at Linköping University.


Göran Liljegren

Göran is the Executive Chairman of Blue Institute.  He has more than 30 years of experience working at the interstices of industry, the academic community and government. His fields of expertise include:  Growth and innovation, Sales and Business  transformation, M&A integration processes. He has experience of more than twenty SME boards. Göran holds a Ph.D. in Economics and is an Adjunct Professor of Industrial Marketing at Linköping University.


Åsa Wettermark

Åsa is the head of Blue Insitute’s secretariat and in charge of administration and finances.


Örjan Larsson

Örjan has had a long career with top management positions in industry. His background as an engineer in electrotech and later industrial IT, coupled with his long career in ABB, has positioned him as a senior advisor on energy, business models and strategy. Örjan is active in Blue Institute’s foresight activities and leads several projects concerned with the digitization of production.
